Recent Art

 Here are some recent illustrations I've done this Summer! I'm hoping to open an Etsy shop soon, so I've been trying to get some things done before I actually do it! The first few images are of a paper doll that I'm thinking of selling on Etsy also! They would be handmade so they'd take a little longer to receive, but maybe it would be worth it?! Let me know what you think! Also all of my art work is hand painted and drawn, I don't use any computer software, but I think I would want to try that soon!

   I love this flower top, it's so cute and I haven't worn it in a while, so I was happy to bring it out again before the seasons start to change, and it gets cold!

Pocahontas

       Hey everyone! So, Today I was inspired by Pocahontas; not the Disney one but the real one. Most people know she's a real person, but just incase, I thought I'd get that out there! Anyway, ever since I was little I've loved Native Americans, My sister and I would play Native American girls all day outside, making bamboo things and smashing acorns. When I found out that on my mom's side, has Native American ancestors I was super excited! Obviously I don't look Native American but today I was inspired by how their hair and jewelry is. I didn't take many pictures but these were some of the best, ahha!



  I loved this movie about Pocahontas, it was called "The New World" I loved it, it was so beautiful!



But let's face it, I was also inspired by the Disney one, (hence my necklace similarity) HAHA

Yellow Dress

   Yes, I changed my banner again, I really liked the other one but I felt like it didn't really belong to me. I hope you guys like the new one! Tell me what you think!
    This is my new yellow dress, I got actually quite a while ago and haven't worn it yet, so I was excited to finally put it on! It hasn't been that warm so wearing something like this was sort of out of the question haha! Later I wore it with a belt but I forgot to wear it in the pictures...oops!

Outfit Post

                                                           ✿   Summer-y Outfit    ✿
               Since I haven't done an outfit post in a while, I thought I should bring it back! So here we go!
            I had my boyfriend take these pictures and I added the first one because it made me laugh! I'm pretty sure this is how he sees me all of the time since he's way taller! Anyway, hope you guys enjoy,   this is the first time my boyfriend took pictures for me, I think he did a pretty good job! :)

Favorite!!

   This is just a little "favorite thing" post about a few of my favorite magazine covers! These few are my beauty inspirations for the moment!

Lately

   So, lately I have not been doing much, just exercising everyday and eating less, haha! And the first two weeks I did this I lost about 6 lbs!!! which I'm really proud of, I'm trying to be more healthy and I'm getting closer to my summer goal :)

       Other than that, I've just been hanging out and so... these following pictures are a few of my looks from these weeks!

Hair parted in the middle??

These are just funny, because I was feeling like a mermaid in my sister's design! She made this amazing seashell looking dress that I LOVE!





And then just to make everyone melt from cuteness, here is an adorable boston terrier puppy!!!!! My boyfriend and I are in love with these, and we really want one, one day! hehe

Galaxy Nails

 Hello!

       If you want nails like below, then stick around, and I'll show you how easy and fun it is to do this! It's even easy for your less dominant hand!


What you will need:

* Sponge ( I'm using a makeup sponge applicator)
* Black or very dark nail polish
* Colors lighter than black, one a little darker than the other
*Clear nail polish or glitter (I ended up using glitter, not regular clear)
*Maybe more colors if you want, I ended up using a really light purple and green too!
*Also, paper to put the nail polish on

Step #1

Paint nails black and wait for it to get dry

Step #2

drop some of the nail polish onto the paper

Step #3

Dip sponge in darker color first (blue) and dap it on nail, more in the center

Here I put the purple but it wasn't light enough, so I used a lighter one, in the picture after this one!

Here you can see below I used the lighter on (in the back) and it looked better

Then I added some green for more dimension

Finally add the glitter polish or clear, but glitter is more fun ;)
